First time visit to Sugar Salon. Service: Wash, Cut and Style with Larisa Larisa did a great job with my hair. She listened and did exactly what I asked her to do , taking off just the right amount and shaping my chin length bob up perfectly. I look forward to my next visit.

Absolutely the worst salon I\'ve ever been to. Larisa clearly does not want to work with textured hair. If a stylist or salon isn\'t experienced or comfortable working with textured hair, they need to be honest about it instead of taking someone\'s money. I scheduled an appointment for 10 foils to lighten my hair, but she barely did anything. I paid $130 and left with results that are almost impossible to see. The highlights were done on such tiny sections of hair that they made virtually no difference. The service only got worse from there. My hair was washed multiple times without any conditioner or detangling, which left it even more tangled than when I arrived. Despite me saying I did not want toner, toner was applied anyway. I also specifically told the receptionist that I wanted the blowout after learning it was included, but the stylist never completed it. Instead, she spent so much time repeatedly washing my hair that, when it came time to finish the service, she simply said, \"Okay, time is up.\" I left the salon with my hair in worse condition than when I arrived and had to pay another salon to detangle, wash, condition, and properly blow-dry my hair. Based on my experience, I felt like time was wasted instead of providing the service I paid for. I paid $130 and did not receive the results or the full service that was promised. I am requesting a full refund. If the salon refuses to resolve this matter, I will dispute the charge with my bank. I would not recommend this salon, especially to anyone with textured hair.
